The Keymada Grande island - located in the Atlantic Ocean, 35 km from the coast of the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo.
The island has an area of about 0.43 km ² and a height of 200 m, but is known as a habitat of one of the most dangerous snakes of the world - island botropsa, whose bite causes rapid necrosis. Density of poisonous reptiles here reaches up to five individuals per square meter. For this reason, as well as for the preservation of flora and fauna, the authorities banned visiting the island, which is included in the list of the most dangerous places on earth.
